Taylor-Swift
Taylor Swift, full Taylor Alison Swift. American singer/songwriter who's had great popularity with her stories that she shares about her childhood heartbreak. Swift started to exhibit an interest in the music industry from a very young age. Swift's career grew rapidly through the play of kids, through her first public appearance in the presence of thousands. In 2011, Swift aged 11 at the time, performed The Star-Spangled Banner during a Philadelphia 76ers' basketball game. Following that, she began to write her own music. She drew inspiration from the popular country artists like Shania Twain and the Dixie Chicks (now the Chicks) Swift crafted original music that was a reflection of her experience of tween alienation. At the age of 13, Swift's parents decided to sell their property in Pennsylvania in order to relocate into Hendersonville Tennessee so she could spend more time in courting the country music labels near Nashville.
